These poems speak to the lover and the Beloved in each of us, and to love itself. They speak to the mystery that each of us is, and to the possibilities for delving into other mysteries. They address the reality and paradox of being, of our consciousness, and they address our choice to delve into our essence. These poems challenge us to develop a new way of seeing: to see beyond the obvious, and a way of seeing within the darkness from which we can mine truth and beauty. It is this truth and beauty that help us evolve beyond fear, and beyond our temporary selves moving toward becoming wiser beings, wiser souls, wiser whatever we may be in essence, wiser parts of the whole, and a wiser whole.
